As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our products through authentic client experiences and testimonials. By collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams, you will drive the creation of high-impact marketing assets and manage our client reference programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships to identify advocates.
  • Create compelling marketing assets from client experiences and testimonials.
  • Develop deep knowledge of existing client content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the client reference program and database.
  • Collect reviews for third-party sites.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success for case studies and interviews.
  • Maintain metrics around prominent clients who use Recorded Future.
  • Collaborate with Legal to integrate client advocacy into contracts.
  • Source clients for digital and in-person events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in marketing, preferably in client advocacy, product marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing.
  • Proactive and able to manage projects independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Proven success with executive-level customers.
  • Strong storytelling, program management, and communication skills.
  • Strong agency/vendor management skills.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
