Overview:

The Supply Chain Data Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain team and its operations by executing various data transactions, analyses, and reporting tasks that enhance supply chain efficiency and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry and transactions within the ERP system (Epicor).
  • Gather production updates and relevant details from manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate recording in the company's systems.
  • Collect shipment and sales information from warehouse/3PL sites and document it in the company's systems as necessary.
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other essential metrics.
  • Support data collection, retention, and archiving processes.
  • Perform various data entry tasks and updates to facilitate financial processes (e.g., Month-End Close).

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing academic studies).
  • Prior experience or understanding of Supply Chain processes is advantageous.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to complex tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable and committed to effective execution of assigned duties.

Work Environment:

Physical Activities: The role requires prolonged periods at a desk, with intermittent telephone use and computer work. Some walking and lifting (up to 20 lbs) may be necessary. The typical noise level in the workplace is low to moderate.
