Job Title: Health Solutions Portfolio Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of public health programs, ensuring delivery of outstanding performance and meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 8+ years of increasing responsibility and relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with large complex government programs, preferably in the public health sector.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain customer site clearance (Public Trust) or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SLAs and EVM.
