Overview
The role is essential in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the unit, providing therapeutic interventions aligned with established best practices, care plans, and organizational policies.

Exhibits understanding of growth and development principles relevant to the patient population served. Establishes and nurtures positive therapeutic relationships with patients. Engages in professional development through educational opportunities and staff meetings. Delivers exceptional service to all stakeholders and promotes teamwork and fiscal responsibility. Education:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is required.Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire. Certified Nurse Aide certification is preferred upon hire.Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to observe patient behavior and document findings accurately. Teaching and mentoring abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with therapeutic activities is preferred.You are valued and belong in this role.
