Job Title: Global Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Marketing Director to lead our Nutrition & Wellness business segment. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the Nutrition & Wellness segment.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and global content calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Manage global marketing budgets and lead teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and organizations to expand market presence and penetrate competitor-held accounts.
  • Work with Standards, Toxicology, and Lab Teams to support the development of innovative testing methods, certification offers, and services.
  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets to support long-term business growth and geographic expansion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a proven track record in consumer marketing, brand management, and retail marketing within the Nutrition, Wellness, or adjacent sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies for high-growth businesses, with a focus on international expansion and market entry.
  • Expertise in brand building, new product development, and scaling high-impact marketing programs globally.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
