Food Safety Specialist Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Food Safety Specialist with a background in quality assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing production efficiency while collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations and promptly communicate any concerns to management.
  • Oversee production lines to guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Review and maintain production documentation and records meticulously.
  • Conduct inspections of processed products and associated equipment.
  • Assist in upholding raw material quality standards.
  • Provide updates to supervisors regarding Quality Assurance incidents.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance roles is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and well-organized individual.
