Length of Contract: Casual worker agreement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in ensuring variety and consistency in all food and meals for guests at events and conferences.
  • Plan, prepare, cook, and present high-quality fresh ingredients in line with high standards and menus from the Head Chef.
  • Ensure food is served promptly and comply with food safety legislation.
  • Implement and monitor kitchen operation standards to exceed company standards.
  • Undertake any other duties requested by management.
  • Comply with all legal requirements regarding health, safety, and welfare of staff.
Company Standards:
  • Always promote a positive perception of the Company both internally and externally.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are achieved and maintained, and are monitored and updated when necessary.
  • Implement and ensure the Company Health, Hygiene & Safety Policy is always met.
  • Ensure departments are clean and hygienic, with cleaning rotas adhered to and appropriate records kept.
  • Report and act in any incidents of complaint, accident, fire, loss, or damage.
