Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Leaf Home. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and educating potential customers about the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in your assigned territory.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of our products and gather information for our sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
  • Report daily results to our field management team and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
  • Ensure a high-quality and accurate representation of our products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Professional demeanor and attire.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements, including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking/standing are required.
  • Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
