Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at NLC Consulting Inc. in San Diego.

The estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Lead teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign data and recommend new methods to increase customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to increase retention and revenue
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
