Licensing Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to lead our Licensing business in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering 3rd-party and direct licensing deals, with a deep understanding of the licensing landscape and ecosystem.
The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders within Seminal One, including regional sales teams across North America, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. They will also liaise closely with licensees and retailers, as well as manage local agencies where required.
The role involves building and leading a team to deliver on the objectives of the Licensing business and the strategic goals of the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering new business across all categories, both via manufacturers and direct to retail
- Working with the Global head of Licensing and the CEO to identify global licensing opportunities
- Utilizing current networks to promote the benefits and features of the Seminal Portal and seek out new sales opportunities
- Developing and amending current strategies to grow and diversify Seminals artwork licensing business
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
