YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...

You will manage financial, clerical, and administrative tasks, ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of invoices. Reconcile signed and dated receipts with invoices and purchase orders. Assign codes to invoices with vendor numbers and GL accounts; apply sales tax as necessary. Input approved invoices into the system. Address inquiries from vendors and internal customers. Compile monthly and quarterly reports, monthly accruals, and weekly GL reports as required. Process driver expense reports and generate payments. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS...

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a college degree or relevant certification. Familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous. Proficient in data entry and management. Strong technology skills, particularly with Excel. Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).

WORK ENVIRONMENT...

Expect to work in a standard office setting within a manufacturing facility, utilizing computers, telephones, and other office equipment.

IMPORTANT DETAILS...

Benefits and incentives become available after the probationary period, with 401k eligibility after one year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility criteria to qualify for incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives, and bonuses.
