Job Description

This role involves working closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying up-to-date with product features and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Determine customer needs and present relevant products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet sales goals and targets
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services offered
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer experience
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Must have previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
