  • Promote Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive Innovation and Results: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive results and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in resort operations, with a proven track record of success in managing daily operations, leading teams, and controlling costs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis, with the ability to make informed decisions.
