Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Manager to oversee the front office team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Relations: Provide warm welcomes, address concerns, and ensure guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest communications with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Establish strong relationships with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Administrative Duties: Monitor room bookings, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and issues promptly, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend operational improvements based on guest feedback and team input.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role at the front desk of a hotel or resort.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and guest-centric service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and tools.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
