We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - B&M to join our team at Ahold Delhaize USA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing level 2 customer support and escalations. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct support to store personnel and customers to ensure proper service levels are met based on the hours of the contact center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Document, resolve, and/or escalate problems being reported
Requirements
  • High School or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior call center experience preferred
