We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Cardiology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maine Medical Partners in Scarborough, ME. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, offering a hybrid remote schedule once trained.

In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, performing telephone triage and implementing Guideline Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT). You will also be responsible for monitoring cardioMEMs devices and conducting nurse office/patient education visits. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role utilizes professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office. You will perform a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
* Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility for licensure to practice in Maine
* Two years of RN experience, preferably in cardiology
