Job Overview

Edwards Auto Group is seeking a motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative to enhance our service department. In this role, you will manage all incoming communications through phone and online channels, identify potential service opportunities, schedule appointments, and serve as the initial contact for our valued customers.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift.

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming calls and online inquiries.
  • Documenting customer information and feedback in our database.
  • Coordinating appointments and following up with customers who miss their scheduled times.
  • Keeping updated knowledge of our offerings.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures.

  • Assisting with various tasks within the dealership as needed.
Qualifications
