Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and develop effective repair plans.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining repairs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques through ongoing training and certification.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or equivalent training.
  • ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
