Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver presentations regarding staffing and recruitment services, employing business development strategies to seize new opportunities and foster growth.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks based on their significance.
  • Tailor sales presentations by analyzing the characteristics of potential accounts.
  • Direct sales efforts by examining potential accounts to create specific customer value propositions and plans for implementation, focusing on value-added solutions.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a keen interest in pursuing a sales career.
  • At least one year of experience in industry/B2B sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary
  • Monthly Commission
