Industry certifications like A+, Network+, or Security+ are also highly desirable.

Aside from technical skills, we emphasize strong business skills in our team members. Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are essential to explain complex issues to clients in plain English.

Excellent time management, professionalism, and the ability to work remotely and onsite while managing your own workload are crucial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a quarterly bonus opportunity.

We also offer a 4/10 schedule with a rotating day off, and the option to join our on-call team with additional compensation.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS
  • Experience with Active Directory domain environments
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Azure, Intune, Exchange, One Drive)
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
