Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team at Oxford Casino. As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our casino operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor CCTV systems to detect and report any irregularities or suspicious activity.
  2. Collaborate with Security personnel to ensure optimum security services.
  3. Stay up-to-date with gaming regulations and maintain knowledge of casino operations.
  4. Identify and prevent cheating and theft-related activities, and take appropriate actions to protect funds and prevent losses.
  5. Utilize computer skills to operate various software programs, including Oasis Systems, Word, Access, Genetec, Biometrica, CVI, and Excel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A working knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations.
  • Experience with CCTV systems and loss prevention.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a confined office setting with extended periods of sitting at a desk operating a computer. The environment is cool and generally low lighting, with occasional periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying items up to 40 lbs.
