Nurse Care Specialist

At Mass General Brigham, we're seeking experienced registered nurses to join our General Care Float Pool team. With a variety of unit assignments and flexible scheduling, this role offers the perfect opportunity to deepen and expand your skill set caring for diverse patient populations.
We're committed to providing the highest quality patient care, and our staff nurses play a critical role in achieving this goal. As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and standards to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year of Med/Surg experience.
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- A valid and current license to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
