Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Labor and Employment Litigation Counsel with at least 3 years of experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing a variety of employment-related disputes and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all facets of employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage disputes, and contract issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to formulate persuasive legal arguments.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Oversee discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests, conducting depositions, and preparing witnesses.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on employment law matters.
  • Stay informed on changes in employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to a state bar (NY, TX, CA, or NJ).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, particularly in litigation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing employment litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment litigation.
  • Familiarity with federal employment laws and New Jersey statutes.
  • Prior experience in mediation and arbitration.
