Job Summary:

Weis Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Front End Operations: Direct the flow of customers through the front end, ensuring sufficient checkouts are open to minimize wait times and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Security and Cash Control: Enforce security and cash control procedures to prevent losses, and assist cashiers with tasks such as getting change, checking prices, and voiding transactions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of cashiers and lot attendants, providing feedback to management and participating in training and retraining programs to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures for sanitation and safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
