Job Title: Intake and Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating scheduling and intake processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and intake processes, including creating appointments, updating calendars, and communicating with clients and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with file management, including preparing files for new clients, maintaining old files, and assigning tasks to staff.
  • Coordinate the intake process, gathering personal and financial information, and compiling assets into a client information and asset list.
Requirements:
  • Customer service or administrative experience required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
