Certified Examination Facilitator

The Loma Linda University Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Certified Examination Facilitator. This position is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of examination processes while providing a seamless experience for candidates.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in administration, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Key qualifications include the ability to read, write legibly, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office, and be able to troubleshoot basic office equipment.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work calmly under pressure and respond professionally to challenging situations. They will also be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple assignments, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
The Certified Examination Facilitator will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of examination processes.
