Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential vendors to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations and optimal pricing.
- Develop and submit proposals for new projects, taking into account budgets, costs, and margins.
- Process and procure vendors, maintaining accurate contractual documentation.
- Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely payment and invoicing.
- Approve vendor work completion for payment and approve work orders for customer invoicing.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Preferred education in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in vendor or project management.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.
- HS diploma; some college.
