Job Summary

Alff Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and activities within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential vendors to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations and optimal pricing.
  • Develop and submit proposals for new projects, taking into account budgets, costs, and margins.
  • Process and procure vendors, maintaining accurate contractual documentation.
  • Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction, ensuring timely payment and invoicing.
  • Approve vendor work completion for payment and approve work orders for customer invoicing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, and scopes of work.
  • Preferred education in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in vendor or project management.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HS diploma; some college.
