Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at Allied Health Solutions. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services in emergency and non-emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic life support care to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Operate ambulance equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Document patient care and treatment in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Current EMT certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
  • Geriatric Education (GEMS) certification
Work Environment

The EMT will work in a fast-paced emergency medical services environment, providing care to patients in a variety of settings. The work environment may be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
