  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and foster strong working relationships.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including team members, budget, and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with client requirements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and project health metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as an enterprise IT Project Manager, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Expertise with project management tools such as the MS Suite or Smartsheet, strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and demonstrated experience with SOW review, requirements gathering, blueprint analysis, and gap analysis.
  • Certification: PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
