We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Oracle ERP team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system solutions for finance and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and validate the creation of key documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and testing documents.
  • Work directly with the finance and supply chain business team to define and refine requirements and propose solutions.
  • Coach and mentor team members on best practices and provide guidance on how technology solutions can solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with delivery, data, support, and development leaders and members to complete projects and enhancements.
  • Guide the design, development, testing, and deployment of new business functionality.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS platform functional experience.
  • 8+ years of Oracle Financial experience in at least 3 or more modules: AR, AP, GL, FA, PA, SLA, CM.
  • 5+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience in at least 2 or more modules: INV, OM, WIP, BOM, or Pricing.
  • 3+ years of people management experience within an IT team.
  • Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or related discipline.
  • Formal process documentation experience using software tools to capture business process flows.
What We Offer:

Hitachi Vantara offers a competitive salary range of $146k - $180k for Tier One locations, $130k - $170k for Tier Two locations, and $120k - $150k for Tier Three locations. Employees are eligible to participate in our bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable.
