Customer Experience and Solutions Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's customer solutions call center function and drive the development of a seamless, friendly, and smooth customer experience.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires a strong understanding of customer-centric operations, technology, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performance operating results in a growing business and a bias towards action and using technology for solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including market analysis, business plan development, and evaluation of project potentials.
  • Lead the customer solutions call center function and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and solutions.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Engineering, Business, or Finance required.
  • MBA (with Operations focus) highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience in distribution operations and management positions.
  • Strong mathematical modeling skills and keen understanding of financial planning, management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
  • Experience with problem analysis and resolution, continuous improvement, and Total Quality Business Excellence.
