Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager Med Spa to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the sales and events of our services. You will work closely with our owners to develop and implement sales and service programs, as well as monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Determines price schedules and discount rates.
- Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Prepares budgets and approves budget expenditures.
- Consults with owners to plan advertising services and secure information on services and customer specifications.
Requirements:
- Medical Terminology and knowledge of wellness services preferred.
- Education: Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, service orientation, persuasion, management of personnel resources, and active listening.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
