Position Overview

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our mission by diagnosing, repairing, and performing scheduled maintenance on a wide variety of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment. Your expertise will significantly contribute to enhancing our clients' food service operations, equipment reliability, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, ware-washing, and specialized foodservice equipment.
  • Utilize your mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities to provide exceptional service to all clients in your designated area.
  • Engage with manufacturers as necessary to assist with diagnostics and parts identification.
  • Generate precise and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or HVAC.
  • Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation, which may include nights and weekends.
  • Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (such as EPA/CFESA) are preferred.
  • Experience in commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment repair is advantageous.
