You will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
Requirements:
- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
