You will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
