Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large team of professionals and consultants to ensure successful design, permitting, construction, and lease-up.
  • Oversee due diligence processes to identify, quantify, and resolve development risks.
  • Participate in rezoning and entitlements processes as needed.
  • Manage approval and permitting phases to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely and on-budget completion of plan sets.
  • Manage bidding, negotiation, and construction contract processes.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams during construction, including regular site visits.
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure up-to-date budgets and timelines.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address budget and schedule deviations.
  • Engage with management companies during lease-up.
  • Produce regular project progress reports for leadership and equity partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, architecture, construction, or relevant field.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
