**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Member to join our team at Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center. As a Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist with quality patient care by being sensitive to the needs, interests, and abilities of residents
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide physical support and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Working Conditions**
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care
• May be exposed to infections and contagious diseases; proper PPE provided
• Occasional exposure to unpleasant patients
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday
