We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team at Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in our SNF Extended Care unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure effective patient care and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement education programs to enhance nursing staff knowledge and skills.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and services provided.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of patient care and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care and services.
- Current California Registered Nurse License (RN)
- 2 years experience as an RN/LVN
- Previous Subacute/ventilator experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
The Clinical Coordinator RN will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. The Clinical Coordinator RN will be required to lift, position, and/or transfer patients, and may be exposed to infections and contagious diseases.
Pay and BenefitsThe Clinical Coordinator RN will be paid $77.02 hourly. Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
