Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with plant management to develop maintenance schedules and work orders
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Oversee repair, inspection, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and supplies
  • Provide regular reports to management on maintenance activities and performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment
  • Previous PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
