Centstone is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining real-time operating systems using FreeRTOS for embedded systems. You will work collaboratively with hardware and software teams to deliver efficient, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop real-time operating system solutions using FreeRTOS for embedded systems.
  • Integrate FreeRTOS-based solutions with embedded hardware.
  • Optimize code for performance, memory, and power consumption.
  • Develop and execute test plans and troubleshoot/debug FreeRTOS-based systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for designs and implementations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align with project requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in real-time and embedded systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience with FreeRTOS and real-time embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
  • Experience with microcontrollers and hardware-software integration.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with other RTOS and development environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols and IoT technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred.
