Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Imperial Star Solar. As an essential member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control.

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient tracking of stock materials.
  2. Physical Counts and Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical counts of stock materials, reconcile with electronic records, and investigate discrepancies.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing items, and manage relationships with management.
  4. SOP Development and Implementation: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, continuously improving inventory operations and contributing to the growth of Imperial Star Solar.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: At least 2 years of work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role required; high school diploma or equivalent required, and a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional skills using MS Office applications, particularly Excel; attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reconciling inventory data; excellent organizational and time-management skills; exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with coworkers and visitors of diverse backgrounds.

Salary Range
