Position Overview:


As a Nighttime Service Supervisor, you will be tasked with ensuring guest satisfaction through the effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Additionally, you will oversee compliance with company standards and the execution of all policies to guarantee optimal guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed, seated, and served.
Responsible for the appropriate resolution of guest complaints.

Handle cash, credit card transactions, gift cards, and all aspects related to guest payments with care.

Maintain control of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

Monitor food temperatures during handling to minimize risks associated with foodborne illnesses.

Train team members during shifts to ensure effective and productive performance.
Verify that all menu items are prepared and served according to established standards.
Proactively identify and rectify system breakdowns to maximize guest satisfaction.
Communicate with the Manager on Duty and team members regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment issues, safety concerns, etc.
Responsible for cash management, cash register operations, and guest check control. Your performance will directly impact the unit's sales and profitability through consistent guest satisfaction and cost management.

Qualifications:
Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service acquired through in-house training
Trustworthy and reliable in handling guest payments and operating the cash register
Effective communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
High level of mobility and flexibility required
Ability to work irregular hours under pressure during peak times
Strong coordination skills necessary
Must be able to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
Ability to fit through an opening 30" wide
Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling required
Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors
Continual standing and walking required
