Job Opportunity

AP Health, a private practice of advanced practice providers and surgical technicians, is seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced operating room environment, delivering top-tier care to patients. As a Surgical Technician, you will be responsible for preparing sterile instrument tables, assembling supplies and equipment, and assisting the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a Surgical Technician in the Operating Room
  • Prepare sterile instrument tables for procedures
  • Assemble supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures
  • Monitor patients throughout the procedure

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience functioning as a Surgical Technician in cardiac surgery
  • 1 year of experience with independent call
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist required
  • Active BLS and ACLS
  • 30-minute call range to Delray Beach
