Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you will represent Vacasa while managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts for North America's largest vacation rental management company. With a diverse portfolio of over 26,000 properties, including homes, condos, and unique accommodations, you will assist guests, field operations teams, and property owners across various operational areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing guest needs and providing effective solutions
- Booking new reservations and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinating with field teams and managing escalated situations
- Creating memorable experiences for every guest you assist
You will collaborate with an exceptional team that has mastered the art of working together, even when physically apart.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation
- Decision-making skills that prioritize the best interests of both Vacasa and our guests
- A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to real-time information
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with technology, as you will be utilizing a computer workstation throughout your shifts
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from $15 to $18 per hour.
