Randstad is actively seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations in the East Knoxville region. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of two years of verified experience in a supervisory maintenance role. This position may require occasional weekend work. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, based on relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and uphold a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework, ensuring that both operator-led and professional maintenance tasks are executed effectively.
  • Coordinate internal and external maintenance activities to optimize scheduled downtime and minimize unexpected interruptions.
  • Oversee routine calibration and servicing of various electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of maintenance best practices, strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are safe and suitable for operational needs, providing proactive support and solutions as necessary.
  • Stay informed about changes in supply and demand for essential materials and products, communicating any potential impacts to the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team to achieve set objectives and foster continuous improvement.

Essential Functions:

  • Must wear steel-toed footwear.
  • Ability to manually lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
  • Willingness to work weekends as required.
