Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform floor maintenance including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet care.
  • Ensure surface cleanliness through dusting, sanitizing, and window cleaning.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recycling bins.
  • Conduct light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe behaviors.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Respond positively to supervision and direction.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Understand and utilize reporting systems effectively.
  • Assist in organizing and cleaning common areas and event spaces.
  • Support janitorial staff with restroom and break room maintenance.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed, including elevator and furniture care.
Qualifications:
  • Previous custodial experience is required.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
  • Cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Education level of less than high school or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
  • Basic math skills for handling measurements and calculations.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance are required for driving duties.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Compensation: $15.61 per hour

Shifts: Day shift
