Naval Expansion Representative

We are seeking an ambitious Naval Expansion Representative to drive growth and development within the Marine and Defense sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and pursue new leads using internal data, external research, social media, networking, and cold calling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster existing customer relationships and reengage previous clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Data Analysis and Market Research: Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and engagement.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and close deals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000 annually, plus commission.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 15 days of PTO and 10 paid holidays; life insurance, AD&D, and short/long-term disability coverage; 401K with company match.
