Ambulatory Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ambulatory Clinic Coordinator to support our clinic operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our providers, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless patient flow.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments, including follow-up appointments, internal and external testing, and surgical bookings
- Assist with scheduling template creation and changes
- Answer phones, triage calls, and respond to patient requests
- Verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Collect copayments and assist with revenue cycle clearance
- Prepare medical records and documentation for patient visits
- Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to patients and providers
- Perform other similar and related duties as required
- 6 months of administrative, medical office, or customer service experience
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with email, Microsoft Office programs, and scheduling applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidential medical information
