Ambulatory Clinic Leader

The Ambulatory Clinic Leader will oversee the optimization of patient care within a designated ambulatory setting. This role requires a strong clinical background, managerial expertise, and interpersonal skills to drive superior clinical quality and safety, motivate and develop staff, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the nurse director, medical director, operations manager, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe patient flow in the ambulatory clinic.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff motivation, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership to ensure daily operations of workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Current MA state RN licensure and/or equivalent clinical experience.
- 10 years clinical nurse experience or equivalent.
- 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
