Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team at T&T Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and prospects, resulting in new business opportunities and growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations department to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing department to create and promote business development opportunities.
- Build partnerships with local construction industries through active involvement with industry groups.
- Consistently meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of business development experience, with direct sales experience in the commercial concrete industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish collaborative relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
