Job Summary

As a Restaurant Operations Assistant at Marriott, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. This entry-level management position assists in the daily operations of Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in menu planning and maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
Supervise Restaurants/Bars and Room Service Departments, where applicable
Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
